I connected the wrong wallet, or I see the wrong role.
Disconnect, switch to the correct account in your wallet, and reconnect. Your role is determined by the account you connect and the email you signed in with.
My USDC doesn’t show up in my wallet.
Some wallets don’t automatically display every token. Import the USDC token by its Ethereum contract address, and make sure you are viewing the Ethereum network. Confirm your USDC is Ethereum (ERC-20) USDC and not another chain’s version.
I sent funds to the wrong address. Can it be reversed?
No. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Neither Solis nor anyone else can recover funds sent to an incorrect or mistyped address. Always confirm wallet addresses before you sign.
What happens if the Recipient rejects, or the deadline passes?
If the Recipient rejects, the full escrowed amount is returned to the Payor and no fee is charged. If the confirmation deadline passes, the Payor must submit the available refund transaction; after it confirms, the full escrowed amount is returned and no fee is charged. The escrow supports acceptance (funds distribute and the fee applies), rejection (full refund), and expiration followed by a submitted refund transaction (full refund).
My transaction failed or I cancelled it in my wallet.
Reload the matter page and check the transaction status in your wallet or on the block explorer. If no transaction was submitted, confirm the active account, network, token balance, and gas balance, then try the action again.
If a submitted transaction is still pending or the page is waiting for chain confirmation, do not repeatedly submit the same action. Check the transaction hash first.
