There is no undo on a blockchain. Confirm addresses, amounts, and terms before you sign. Confirm you are using the correct network. Mistaken transfers cannot be reversed by Solis or anyone else.

Never share your seed phrase or private keys — no one from Solis will ever ask for them. Anyone with your seed phrase controls your wallet. Consider using a dedicated wallet for settlements.

For normal wallet prompts, focus on the contract that your wallet is asking you to interact with for that specific action.

• Solis Escrow: 0xF115c1B6122d6014F4ce4275301aF1584bbec49d. Payor payment, Recipient approval and release, Recipient rejection and refund, and Payor refund transactions should normally interact with this contract.
• USDC token: 0xA0b86991c6218b36c1d19D4a2e9Eb0cE3606eB48. When the Payor approves USDC spending before payment, the wallet may show the Ethereum mainnet USDC token contract.
• Solis Registry: 0xb3488F08E13c9831135C1AA8EcDb0230581F32BD. Registry is Solis's official deployment reference for the current Escrow contract. Users usually do not interact with Registry directly in wallet transaction prompts.

If the wallet prompt shows a contract address that does not match the expected Escrow or USDC token address for the action, do not sign until you have confirmed the transaction with Solis support.

Before confirming payment, release, rejection, or refund on Ethereum mainnet, review the estimated gas fee shown by your wallet.

If the gas fee looks unusually high, use your wallet's edit gas option and choose the Low fee tier when available. A lower gas setting may take longer to confirm, but it helps avoid spending more gas than intended.

Smart-contract and security reviews reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Check the current Solis product and legal disclosures for the latest audit status before committing real value.
